Euphony Communications and the large mobile operator KPN have signed an agreement to launch a new mobile service in Spain, called Talkout.

12 cents per minute to Spanish mobiles and Spanish landlines plus 15 cents call connection
6 cents per minute to other TALKOUT mobiles plus 15 cents call connecton
SMS text message (national, within Spain) 12 cents
10 cents per minute to UK landlines (no call connection fees)
25 cents per minute to UK mobiles (no call connection fees)

RETAIN YOUR EXISTING MOBILE NUMBER

If you already have a mobile number that you wish to keep, you can ask Talkout to transfer your number to their service.

YOU CAN USE THE TALKOUT SIM CARD IN ANY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS NOT BLOCKED BY ANOTHER OPERATOR

If you are not bound by a current contract with your existing mobile operator (i.e. you purchased your mobile from them over 18 months ago), you can ask them to give you the codes to unblock your mobile phone, so you can use it with any other operator.
