YOU CAN USE THE TALKOUT SPANISH SIM CARD IN ANY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS NOT BLOCKED BY ANOTHER OPERATOR

If you are not bound by a current contract with your existing mobile operator (i.e. you purchased your mobile from them over 18 months ago), you can ask them to give you the codes to unblock your mobile phone, so you can use it with any other operator.
