In August 2004 Giles Redpath acquired Euphony and became CEO of the business. In December of that year Euphony relocated its corporate HQ from Reading to Basingstoke. In the Summer of 2005 Euphony announced its intention to expand its portfolio of services. New services will include new landline services, mobile services, narrowband and broadband Internet access services.
Euphony began trading in the United Kingdom, but is now proudly operating in eight European countries - Ireland, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
Our core business is the resale of land line (CPS) telephony, Internet access (dial-up and ADSL), pre & post paid mobile, and energy services (gas & electricity). Our target market is residential consumers and the small business sector. Network Marketing is our chosen channel to market.

The deal was led by Giles Redpath, who became the CEO of Euphony Communications. Redpath was formerly CEO of Alpha Telecom which was bought by Tele2 for £60 million in 2003 and Vice-President, Europe of Telegroup Inc. He founded FASTNET, the first intra European call-back company in 1992.
